History Studies

 History Studies is an international peer-reviewed academic journal that follows a continuous publishing model, ensuring that research is released immediately upon the completion of the editorial process throughout the year. The journal publishes articles in Turkish and English.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening. Manuscripts that pass this stage are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers. Throughout the editorial and review stages, all submissions are evaluated in accordance with the principles of fairness and impartiality. Individual academic timelines, tenure or promotion procedures, and similar personal circumstances do not constitute grounds for priority or expedited evaluation.

Manuscripts that successfully complete the peer-review process are published online immediately on a continuous publication basis and are subsequently assigned to a specific quarterly issue.

Submissions that do not comply with the article template provided in the Author Guidelines will be rejected during the initial editorial screening.
