Journal of Organizational Behavior Review

Journal of Organizational Behavior Review is an international and refereed scientific journal that publishes original and qualified studies in the field of organizational behavior. In addition to researches and review articles in the context of organizational behavior in the field of social sciences, the journal also includes book reviews.

Journal of Organizational Behavior Review aims to include studies that are theoretically strong, knowledgeable in the literature, critically designed, examined with appropriate research methods and interpreted objectively, their results shed light on future studies, and contain theoretical and practical results and recommendations for practitioners and researchers.

Ethics Committee Approval must be obtained for studies to be submitted in and beyond 2021.

Journal of Organizational Behavior Review is published electronically twice a year, in January and July. The language of the journal is Turkish and English.

Our journal is indexed by ERIHPLUS, Cite Factor, Scientific Indexing Services (SIS), International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR), J-Gate Indexing, Asos Index and Advanced Science Index (ASI), and the application process for many other indexes continues.
