Important Updates to JoSoTL’s Publication Process and Accessibility Guidelines

The Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (JoSoTL) is implementing two key changes starting July 2025: a transition to a rolling publication model, where articles will be published individually as soon as they are ready to reduce delays and improve visibility, and updated formatting guidelines to meet federal WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards by April 2026. Authors with accepted but not yet finalized manuscripts must follow the new accessibility requirements, including using Arial font and built-in document tools for structure and alt text.
