Toward Sustainable Food Consumption: Drivers, Patterns, and Effective Strategies
This collection aims to bring together cutting-edge research that critically explores the opportunities, challenges, and transformative solutions for enhancing the sustainability and health outcomes of individual food consumption patterns. We invite contributions focusing on food consumption and decision making from an economic perspective that offer actionable insights and strategies for more sustainable and health-promoting food systems.
