Aims and Scope: The International Journal of Librarianship and Administration (IJLA) is peer-reviewed (refereed) international research journal,  for librarians, information scientists, specialists, managers and educators interested in keeping up to date with the most recent issues and developments in the field of librarianship and administration. The journal provides a global platform for librarians, information scientists, library managers, educators, researchers, and information professionals to share innovative ideas, emerging trends, and best practices in librarianship and library administration.
