Q is published 2 times a year. Original research results, scientific reviews and short communication notes in various fields of multidisciplinary researches between social sciences and the other disciplines of science and technology are considered for publication. The publication language of the journal is English (Revised by Editorial on 01.01.2025)

Q provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Q utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
